We build the software
your business runs on.
Jinisha Software Solutions designs, develops and supports custom applications — from video management and GPS tracking systems to CAD automation and the business software around them. Scoped clearly, built properly, supported after launch.
Specialist systems,
and everything around them.
Three areas we know deeply — plus the custom development, integration and support work that makes any of it actually usable inside your business.
Video Management Systems
Software that brings cameras from different brands and different sites into one interface — live viewing, recording policy, search, analytics and controlled evidence export. Built to work with the hardware you already own.
GPS & Fleet Tracking
Tracking platforms that take raw device data and turn it into something an operations team can act on: live position, geofence alerts, trip and halt reports, driver behaviour, fuel monitoring and AIS-140 compliance reporting.
CAD Automation
Drawing automation, revision control and BOM extraction for AutoCAD and SolidWorks — so variants stop being drawn by hand.
Custom software
Web applications, dashboards, internal tools and mobile apps built around how your business actually works — not around a template.
Integration & IoT
Making systems talk: ERP, accounting, access control, sensors, payment gateways and third-party APIs, joined up reliably.
End to end, or wherever you need us.
Some clients hand us a problem and take delivery of a finished system. Others need a team to strengthen what they already have. Both are fine.
New systems
Requirements, architecture, design, development, testing and deployment — delivered as a working system with documentation and handover.
Existing software
Take over, stabilise and extend an application someone else built. Includes code review, performance work, security fixes and modernisation.
Run & maintain
Monitoring, updates, backups, small enhancements and a named person to call when something breaks. Available as an annual maintenance contract.
No surprises,
and no lock-in.
Software projects go wrong in predictable ways: vague scope, invisible progress, and a vendor who owns the code you paid for. We work in a way that removes all three.
-
A written scope before any money changes handsScreens, integrations, assumptions, exclusions and a fixed price. If we cannot describe it, we do not quote it.
-
You see working software every two weeksNot status reports. A running build you can click through, on a link we send you.
-
The source code is yoursRepository, deployment scripts and documentation handed over at the end. You are free to take it elsewhere.
-
We work with the hardware you haveExisting cameras, existing trackers, existing ERP. Replacement is a last resort, and we will say so plainly if it is genuinely needed.
What we will tell you before you sign
Sometimes an off-the-shelf product does the job for a tenth of the cost. We would rather tell you that than sell you a build.
Hosting, licences, SIM cards, support — estimated up front, not discovered in month four.
Undocumented device protocols and legacy systems are where projects slip. We flag them in the proposal and price them honestly.
Four stages.
Understand
We sit with the people who will actually use the system, look at what exists today, and write down what the software has to do.
Propose
A document with scope, screens, integrations, timeline, price and what is explicitly out of scope. You approve it before development starts.
Build
Two-week cycles, each ending with something you can use. Changes are welcome — we re-quote them openly rather than absorbing them silently.
Launch & support
Deployment, training, documentation and source handover — then a support arrangement that suits how critical the system is to you.
Industries we build for.
Our specialisms suit organisations that manage physical assets — vehicles, sites, cameras, machines and drawings.
Logistics & transport
Fleet tracking platforms, trip and halt reporting, driver apps and delivery visibility for customers.
Manufacturing
Plant surveillance software, production dashboards, CAD automation and shop-floor drawing release.
Construction & EPC
Site camera systems that survive poor connectivity, machinery tracking and drawing revision control.
Retail & distribution
Multi-branch camera viewing, stock and order systems, and reporting that rolls up across locations.
Education & campuses
Campus surveillance, school bus tracking with parent notifications, and attendance integration.
Services & SMEs
Internal tools, quotation and job-card systems, customer portals and reporting that replaces spreadsheets.
Tell us the problem.
A short call is enough for us to say whether we are the right people, roughly what it would take, and what it would cost. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
