Ownership of work we deliver
For custom development, intellectual property in the software we build for you transfers to you on completion and payment, as set out in the relevant contract, together with source code, deployment scripts and documentation. Third-party libraries and open-source components remain under their own licences, which are listed in the handover documentation.
