Jinisha Software Solutions builds software for organisations that manage physical things — vehicles, sites, cameras, machines and drawings. That focus shapes how we work: close to the equipment, close to the people using it, and sceptical of anything that only looks good in a demonstration.

We are a focused engineering team rather than a large agency, and that is deliberate. It means the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, and the person you call when something breaks already knows the system.
Our work sits in three specialist areas — video management, GPS and fleet telematics, and CAD automation — plus the general software development that surrounds them. Those specialisms are not marketing categories; they are where we have spent the time to understand the protocols, the devices and the failure modes properly.

Including when the truth is that they do not need us, that the timeline has slipped, or that a requirement is going to cause them trouble later. Short-term awkwardness is cheaper than a failed project.
Documented, standard, exportable, handed over. A system that only we can maintain is a liability we have created for you.
The measure of a system is whether the person who has to use it forty times a day finds it faster than what they had before. Everything else is secondary.
Backups, error handling, retries, logging, permissions. These never appear in a demonstration and they are the entire difference between software that survives and software that does not.
