Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026

This policy explains what personal information Jinisha Software Solutions collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers this website and our dealings with prospective and current clients.

What this website collects

This site is a set of static pages. It does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party marketing scripts, and it does not set cookies of its own.

The enquiry form on our contact page submits the details you type to Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which forwards them to us by email. Web3Forms processes the submission in order to deliver it and does not use it for advertising; their own privacy terms are published at web3forms.com/privacy. Nothing you type is stored on this website itself. If the form is temporarily unavailable it falls back to opening your own email application instead, in which case no third party is involved at all.

Please send only what is needed to describe your enquiry. Do not put passwords, card details or other confidential material into the form — email or call us for anything sensitive.

One external resource is loaded when you view a page: web fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests these directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request, as it does for any site using their font service. We receive nothing from that request.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, page requested, timestamp, browser type — for security and diagnostics. These are retained for a short period and are not used to build any profile of you.

Information you give us directly

When you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or through the enquiry form, we receive whatever you choose to tell us — typically your name, company, email address, phone number and a description of what you need. We use it to respond to you and, if we go on to work together, to deliver and support that work.

We do not sell this information, we do not share it with anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without you asking to be added.

Client data during a project

Delivering software often means we are given access to systems and data belonging to our clients, which may include personal information about their staff or customers. In that situation we act on the instructions of the client, not for our own purposes. Specifically:

  • We ask for the minimum access needed to do the work, and for test or anonymised data wherever it will do the job.
  • Access credentials are held securely and revoked when the engagement ends.
  • We do not copy client data outside agreed environments, and we do not use it for any purpose other than the work in hand.
  • Where a client requires a formal data-processing agreement or non-disclosure agreement, we sign one.

How long we keep things

Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is commercially relevant and for a reasonable period afterwards. Project records, contracts and invoices are retained for as long as Indian tax and company law requires. Client system data is deleted or returned at the end of an engagement in line with the agreement covering that work.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information in our care — encrypted connections, access control, and restricting who inside the company can see what. No system is perfectly secure, and we would not claim otherwise. If a breach affected your information, we would tell you.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to shyam@jssolution.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Where we hold information on behalf of a client, requests should go to that client, who controls it. We will assist them in responding.

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
