Multi-brand camera onboarding
ONVIF discovery for compliant devices, direct RTSP for the rest, and vendor SDK integration where a camera exposes features that ONVIF does not. New cameras get added by your own team, not by raising a ticket with us.
Live wall & layouts
Saved layouts per user, drag to rearrange, digital zoom, PTZ control where supported, and sensible bandwidth behaviour — sub-streams for tiles, full resolution only when a feed is opened.
Recording, retention & search
Per-camera retention rules, continuous or event-triggered recording, a motion-density timeline that lets you skip empty hours, and filters by site, camera, time band and event type.
Video analytics
Person and vehicle detection, line-crossing and intrusion zones, licence-plate recognition, loitering, people counting and PPE checks — running on a site appliance so video does not have to leave the premises.
Controlled evidence export
Exports restricted to authorised users, watermarked, hashed and recorded in an audit log with the reason given. What leaves the system is traceable to a person.
Camera health monitoring
Continuous checks for signal loss, recording gaps, defocus, obstruction and re-aiming, plus NVR disk health — so a failed camera is a ticket the same day, not a discovery during an investigation.

Things clients ask.
Usually not. If a camera supports ONVIF or exposes an RTSP stream, it can normally be integrated. The survey identifies any device that genuinely cannot be — typically very old analogue equipment with no network interface — and we tell you plainly rather than recommending replacements you do not need.
It should not, if the system is designed correctly. Recording and analytics stay on site. A central console pulls low-bitrate sub-streams only for the tiles being viewed, and full-resolution video only when a clip is exported. We size this properly during the survey and tell you what bandwidth to expect.
Yes. Fully on-premise and air-gapped deployments are supported, where the system runs on your own network and nothing is transmitted outward. Where cloud is used, you choose the region and you hold the keys.
It is development work, scoped to your estate and your requirements. That means you are not paying for features you will never use, and the system fits your sites rather than the other way round. Where an off-the-shelf product would genuinely serve you better and cheaper, we will say so.
